Amaris Consulting worked to solve numerous challenges regarding project management for 4G radio access deployment, including internal team training, defining schedules, billing validation, and facilitation of customer meetings.

Technical expertise for a smooth transition and network deployment

The deployment of the 4G Bouygues Telecom mobile network required a holistic approach that considered all elements of the roll out. Our consultants provided support in the design and management of the sites of the network roll out, including validation of quotations and safety planning following site visits (VIC, VAS, PP, etc.).

Maintenance, developer, equipment, and CSPS stakeholder management was also managed by Amaris’ consultants, as well as the drafting and delivery of service orders.

We provided regular progress updates to the project owner via their dedicated database, and were also responsible for the validation of technical documents relating to the project (DOE, DQE, calculation workings, etc.)

Results

Amaris Consulting provided efficient steerage for the transversal projects undertaken by the client.

As well as monitoring deployment programs, we facilitated project monitoring meetings and strategy discussions, ensuring continual progress and effective workflows.

We were also engaged in the contractual customer follow-ups, and contributed significantly to continuous improvement strategies for internal process optimization.
