Your Role

Are you an enthusiastic Office Administrator / Receptionist looking to build on your existing experience? Do you want to forge an exciting new career path with an expanding company? If so, read on.

 

§  Be responsible for all visitors to the company with regards to transfers, accommodation and refreshments.
Manage and control the costs of service contracts such as drinks vending, photocopiers, stationery, cleaning, gardening etc.

§  Manage the company postal contract and frank all outgoing post daily. Also, deliver incoming post to the appropriate department.

§  Facilities management and general office maintenance

§  Implement and oversee relevant health and safety procedures. 

§  Act as interface to key stakeholders to ensure world class services as provided in the BCS’s contribution

§  Facilitate communication between Amaris and our customer based on site.

 

This role is a full time position and will offer you the chance to develop within the role.

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need to be computer literate, have excellent attention to detail and be well organized. You will need to be able to work well to deadlines and be able to work independently and manage your own work load. Experience of working within an office admin role.

 

Requirements

·       Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

·       Experience working as an executive assistant or receptionist

·       Fun-loving, energetic & open personality with a ‘can do’ attitude

·       A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements & implement them

·       Attention to detail and problem solving skills

·       Fluent English & French language skills, spoken & written (Third languages is an additional plus)
