Your Role

Job Description

The HR Officer is responsible for providing support and advice on day-to-day basis in the various human resource functions to directors, managers and staff within the organization.

The HR Officer is responsible of his/her own population and is the focal point for any HR subjects. As HR Officer, your main tasks & responsibilities will be the following:

  1. Implementation of HR group policies in your scope
  2. Ensuring employment contract, addendum and any HR legal documents are in line with Labor & Social Law
  3. Responsible for all the HR administration process
  4. Ensuring compensation & benefits are in line with Company policies & with Government regulations
  5. Coordinating the annual employee performance appraisal with Directors & managers
  6. Responsible for the onboarding process of the employees
  7. In charge of the effective conduct of monthly salary process
  8. Administering the internal communication on HR topics in collaboration with Directors
  9. Coordination & logistic of the trainings
  10. Contribute to the organization of events and HR projects
  11. Contribute to lean management and improvement of HR processes

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Master Degree in Human Resources or Law, you have ideally a first experience as a HR assistant or in a similar position.
  • keen sense of communication, well-organized, ability to interpret, analyze and explain the official framework employment regulation, relevant computer software knowledge.
  • Language: English and French Fluent
