In May 2018, the French Government presented a comprehensive plan of action to combat gender-based and sexual violence and to put an end to wage inequalities between women and men. Legislative measures were enacted in the Freedom of Choice Act, published on September 5, 2018.
As part of this framework, an index has been set up by the Government comprising 5 indicators giving a score out of 100. It must be published annually and monitored over 3 years by companies. It gives rise to action plans to reach the target of 75 out of 100 points.
En mai 2018, le Gouvernement français a présenté un plan d’action global pour lutter contre les violences sexistes et sexuelles et en finir avec les inégalités salariales entre les femmes et les hommes. Les mesures législatives ont été adoptées dans la Loi pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel, promulguée le 5 septembre 2018.

Graduate of Kedge Business School and Ecole Centrale Paris, Jean-François began his career in an international consulting company before joining Thales as Strategy Deputy VP. In 2008, he was appointed Director of Amaris’ French branch and Head of Development for the North American market. He currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Following his graduation from the EM Strasbourg and the University of Nüremberg, Arnaud started his career working for large consulting groups in the Engineering and IT sectors. He then joined the Group as Office Director and set up offices in Strasbourg and later in Luxembourg. Today, his current position is Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
After graduating in Telecommunications Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, Federico started his career in STMicroelectronics as an Engineer. After having occupied the position of Manager and Senior Manager within an international consulting firm, he joined Amaris in 2010 as Director. Today, he serves as the Chief Operating Officer.
