Amaris is currently looking to strengthen its team for a:
Railway Warranty Engineer (m/f)
Your responsibilities:
Integrated in a team of warranty engineers, your main role will be to work on the failure control board.
• Prepare the initial reports, diagnostic data retrieval and first-level analysis
• Software quality analysis: repair information/documentation and an initial assessment of the cause of each failure
• Establish additional actions and follow-ups for the project core team or the vehicle platform and communicate in the appropriate meetings
• Create report about the formal stopping failure in order to inform the customer and the teams tasked with resolving that technical issue
• Support the analysis of failure rates in projects
Your Profile:
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (or other equivalent education)
• Several years of experience in the rail industry
• Good command of English (spoken and written) and basic German needed, other European language highly appreciated
• Very good communication skills
