Electrical Engineer: Real time Simulator Systems (m/f)
… for the design and development of advanced software and hardware systems for our vehicle and real-time simulations of power converter in an international industrial environment.
You will be responsible for the advancement and development of new solutions for our hardware-in-the-loop systems. You will lead the new and further development of our complex simulation systems to meet the future requirements for vehicle testing and system needs.

Main activities:
• Development and design of simulation software for our hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) systems of the latest generation.
• Independent implementation of software and hardware packages from specification to implementation, testing and commissioning directly on the simulator
• Responsibility for implementation and standardization issues.
• Support of our simulators.
• Working closely with our Converter Control Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, the Converter and System Engineering.
Qualifications:
• Training as electrical engineer, specialized in the field of regulation or automation or drive technology and software development. Knowledge in other sectors and/or in power electronics is an advantage.
• Matlab/Simulink programming. LabView is considered an asset.
• Programming skills in C
• Practical experience in the areas of control engineering, power electronics and power transmission is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and German
