*Your Role:

-Provide 2nd and 3rd Level operation support on deployment, upgrades/issues on IAM (ITIL processes)

-Assist Development team regarding alerts

-Establish inventory and software distribution management

-Provide implementation solution

-Perform solutions

-Sustain documentation


*Your Profile:


-MOM 2005, SCOM 2007, Tivoli DM 3.7, ITM

-Good knowledge of Tivoli enterprise console

-Good skills in Windows Server, Network, Unix, Security, Scripting, Active Directory




Must have at least the equivalent of a Swiss degree of ETS/HES (B.Sc.) (or French, Spanish,
…, degree), you have at least 5 years experience in the same position
