Desktop Lead Consultant

In order to strengthen its team, Amaris is looking for a:

Desktop Lead Consultant

Major responsibilities:

Your main role will be

- Manage all Desktop technologies for all users in APAC
- Propose and implement new projects to improve desktop experience

You will be responsible for:

o Day to day technical management of Asia Pac Active Directory 2003/2008, SCCM, Citrix / XenApp, Login Scripts, AppSense
o Day to day administration of Exchange 2010, DCHP, Windows DNS, Print Servers, DFS.
o Assisting Helpdesk in complex troubleshooting
o Create and maintain application packages (SCCM)
o Organize desktop patching for the region
o Work with helpdesk managers to fix root causes of recurring desktop issues.
o Implement monitoring of all technologies mentioned above.
o In relationship with global desktop architects, implement global desktop technical roadmap for the region.



Qualifications/skills:

- Computer Science (Bachelor or Master Degree)
- Fluent in VBScript / PowerShell / .NET (one of them mandatory)
- Excellent knowledge of Windows desktop OS and associated technologies.
- Experience in managing teams within different countries
- Experience in Financial industry is a plus
- +5 of experience in similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English Proficiency
