BI SAP HR Specialist
Your Role:
In charge of the general lead and design of business solutions improving HR performance
Being a technical expert and offer your support to the local technical teams.
Handle top high level of technical design and monitor a day-to-day achievement.
Ensure the solutions delivery on time and provide a technical/functional evaluation
Coordinate the main actors of the project development
Assure a 3rd level support regarding to the entire project
Your profile:
Technical expert with SAP HR, SAP BW, and Business Object experience
Strong experience in application architecture design, development and coordination
Excellent abilities of project management, problem solving and evolving into an international environment in a multinational company
Pragmatism, pro-activity, open-minded, openness and flexibility. Good communication skills. Well organized. Client service oriented. Ability to convince and to work under pressure.
Must have at least the equivalent of a Swiss degree of ETS/HES (B.Sc.) (or French, Spanish, …, degree), you have at least 5 years’ experience HP Project management
Being a good team player, with communication skills, dynamic and willing to join a company with a huge growth, you can adapt to various environments...
