ANALOG DESIGN ENGINEER (m/w)

Your main responsibilities:

In this position you are responsible for design, simulation and verification of advanced low-power analog / mixed-signal building blocks in deep-submicron CMOS technologies. You are the person responsible for the support of concept engineering as well as for interfacing to digital design and layout
Your main tasks include the design, verification and implementation of analog and RF modules from specification as well as layout support to check for design integrity. Your emphasis is on in-depth verification of building blocks towards all corners and use cases. Furthermore you shall be responsible for documentation. Acting as Analog Design Engineer, you are the interface to component verification for evaluation of those modules.

Qualifications

This job is suitable for applicants with a degree in electrical engineering or ideally communications engineering from a university or university of applied sciences or an electrical engineering education.
At least 3 years of work experience are required for this position.
You offer solid knowledge in analog circuit design, simulation and verification in deep submicron CMOS technologies is your background. You are familiar with state-of-the-art ASIC design tools. You are aware that a systematic design and verification approach is the key for success.
A very good command of English and German are required.
