The manager job
True leader of his own profit center, he is vested with responsibilities as varied as:
the definition of the strategy development and services offered
the development of commercial relationships with his partners, multinational customers
the recruitment and the management of his teams of consultants, graduating from engineering and commercial schools
the follow-up of his projects and teams
the financial management of his profit center
All the managers joining Amaris Group enjoy a training given by the Amaris Training Program and a personalized coaching.
The new managers are coached for a period of 6 to 24 months, according to their previous experience, by a senior manager who will accompany the new manager in his integration and evolution.
The role of the coach is to make sure that the new manager will be actor of his job. He gives an external look on his development by teaching various techniques of the job and by creating in the new manager the good questions. The presence of the coach is permanent, in particular during his first meetings, first recruitment interviews, first projects. The coaching is a technique which allows the passing on to the new manager the knowhow.
Amaris Training Program:
It’s the base of the previous training on which the personalized coaching will then help the manager to develop himself. From your arrival in Amaris, the objective is to put you in a situation of success by making you gain from a training on all the aspects of your job. From eleven days at full time, spead out on the first six months following your arrival, it is for business managers, but some of its modules are also designed by Amaris to the attention of the head of recruitment, the consultants, as well as other positions.The modules are primarily composed of theoretical contents which given commercial, financial, managerial and legal bases, which are necessary for the exercise of your function.
Then, you will approach more practical aspects relating to the market of the engineering consulting by learning the key figures of the sector, Amaris positioning and the bases of the customers’ speech.
During this training, you will have many opportunities to exchange with the new managers but also with the experimented ones, in order to create your own network in the group. You will be put in real situations through roles games.The ATP will give you the opportunity to be trained by the leaders of the group (operational directors, subsidiaries directors), who have an experience in management in Amaris and a solid background. This learning will give you the mean to surpass yourself.
