Laurence, 35 years old, holds a Master in Human Resources Management and a Master in International and Multicultural Management from ICHEC (Brussels).

She began her career as Payroll Manager in a Belgian IT services company, working her way up to the position of Human Resources Manager.

Subsequently, she carried out different positions in the Human Resources Department at Manpower in Belgium, before becoming HR Director of the Amaris group in 2011.
