Can I choose my projects ?

Most certainly. Our philosophy is based on motivation and implication of employees working for the company.What is the point of sending one of our employees to lead a project if he/she doesn’t want to ? Everyone, customers, consultants, managers will have nothing to gain from a short and long term point of view. Even if, of course, this choice is much more demanding on the short term !
