In order to strengthen its team, Amaris is looking for a: (H/F) Manager

Your role:

True "intrapreneur", you assume all the responsibilities of this position:

Definition of the development strategy and services offered
Development of trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts
Recruitment and management of teams of consultants, graduates of engineering schools and business
Monitoring of projects and teams
Financial management of your profit center

Your profile:

- Graduated of a Master (engineering school or university), you have ideally a first experience in our business or in a similar environment.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy: these advantages will help you reach a structure with strong growth.

Of course, you know perfectly Italian and English and ideally another language.

Coached by a manager of the group Amaris, you receive training and enjoy throughout your process of integrating an individual support on all aspects of business (marketing, recruitment, management, financial management, communication, etc.).

Your development may lead you to the position of Manager, then Head of Department and Director of one of our subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad.

The remuneration package includes a fixed and a variable unlimited directly related to your results and rewards in a very significant success.
