Major responsibilities:

Your role:

As part of an internship, gap year or internship graduation for a period of 6 to 12 months you will join our new office in Shanghai in a constant contact with our recruitment platform based in Barcelona.
As you will operate Chinese and European recruitment, your main responsibilities will include:


- Redaction and publication of job description.
- Sourcing, hunting and development of a network.
- Identification and qualification of potential candidates.
- Application management (processing, qualification and monitoring of the recruitment process)
- Administration of internet job board and recruitment agents.
- Pre-selection calls and organization of interview.
- Participation in weekly recruitment meetings.


You will follow a practical training and guidance throughout your process of integration into the company and discover all aspects of the job recruitment.


Qualifications/skills:


- Over 3 years business school, university, you ideally have an internship experience in this field. Curious by nature with capacity of conviction, dynamic, you have the skills to identify talent and convince them to join a growing international group.
- German or French speakers and English fluent. Chinese is a plus.
- Previous experience overseas is a real asset.
