Amaris is involved in a project for an international private bank, in Geneva, which is specialized in wealth management and insurance. The mission aims to develop the UNIX infrastructure. More specifically, the main objectives of the project are to migrate some environments to the virtual Solaris servers, to implement a platform which will allow an automatic installation of the Solaris systems and to migrate the Monitoring Nagios infrastructure. The objective of the project is the implementation and the maintenance of a powerful infrastructure with high availability. The technologies used are: the Solaris Technology version 10, including the functionalities ZFS, Zones, and Containers, Tomcat, Mysql and Ssh; plus Ksh, Sh and Perl langages. |
