Each year when the anniversary of your entrance in Amaris arrive, an interview allows you to step back and have a look on your career in the group. You will with your manager position yourself on our evolution matrix and define where and how you want to go further

To evaluate precisely, you and your manager rely on several items : projects done, project follow-up, offers, internal events managed, coaching and help given to others...
