The consultant job
Our projects are the main evolution factor in the consultant's career. That is the reason why in Amaris we implicate our teams in the process and selection of project acquisitions.
If the consultant's role is mainly to realize on-site projects, there is however a professional life out of it :

You can be asked to help managers (know-how presentation, projects qualifications, call for tenders...) or other consultants (junior coaching, expertise...)

You use inter-contract periods to follow trainings, and upgrade your skills
Throughout your career, and according to your capacities and wishes, you will be able to evolve within our evolution matrix. Thus, quality standard essentially related on the know-how (management of the relationship with the customer, initiative and audacity, sense of communication, implication in Amaris) and with the know-how, give you the opportunity of evolving through posts going from studies engineer to managing consultant, while passing by confirmed consultant, senior or technical expert.
This capacity to evolve within our matrix is the subject of a continuous evaluation by your manager and yourself, through events of your career: meeting for the follow-up of projects, technical focus, participation in answers to request for offer and especially, your annual evaluation meeting.
