Your role:
Through a final internship for a period of 6 to 12 months, you will intervene in the recruitment of our different subsidiaries in Europe.
Under the responsibility of the director of recruitment, you will participate in all stages of our recruitment process including:
- Candidates Sourcing,
- Administration of job sites and research agents,
- Drafting and dissemination of job offers,
- Identification and qualification of potential candidates,
- Achievement of pre-interview phone selection,
- Constitution of consultants portfolio of skills and expertise,
- Monitoring the weekly reporting,
- Assistance from teams of managers.
In addition, you will be involved in HR and/or communication projects and you will have an input on all operational issues of the recruitment of the company.
This course may be extended by a job offer based on your results.
Profile required:
Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (school, university), ideally you have a first experience in our business or in a similar environment. Good communication skills, leadership, dynamism, the ability to identify talents and let them grow and you must have the desire to join a fast growing company.
You are fluent in German and in French and/or English.
You will have a training and support throughout your process of integration into Amaris in all aspects of business recruitment. Your development may lead you to the position of Recruitment Manager of one of our subsidiaries.
