Amaris is an International Consulting Group in Technologies and Management. Created in Geneva in 2007, Amaris is now present in 27 countries throughout 32 subsidiaries.

In order to strengthen its team, Amaris is looking for a:

(H/F) Manager

Your role:

True "intrapreneur", you assume all the responsibilities of this position:
Definition of the development strategy and services offered
Development of trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts
Recruitment and management of teams of consultants, graduates of engineering schools and business
Monitoring of projects and teams
Financial management of your profit center

Your profile:

- Graduated with a Master’s degree from either a Business School or an engineering school.
- Ideally you have a first experience in business lines or a similar environment to ours.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, and ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy: these advantages will help you reach a structure with strong growth.

- English is mandatory and another language is advantageous.

Coached by a manager of the group Amaris, you receive training and throughout your process of integrating, an individual support on all aspects of business (marketing, recruitment, management, financial management, communication, etc.).

Your development may lead you to the position of Senior Manager, then Head of Department and Director of one of our subsidiaries.
