Amaris Project Review

The aim of these project reviews is to guarantee the quality of our intervention, not only with respect to the customer, but also for our consultants. Indeed, their motivations are the best guarantee of success for the projects that we carry out. So, the consultant, the manager and the customer make regular follow-ups of the advance of the project: respect of planning and the initial objectives, implementation of corrective actions. All of these reviews will constitute one of the bases of reflection for the annual evaluation.
